 When do I get a login?-
When you sign a contract with Flash Live Media, you will receive a login to monitor the progress of your project. Here you will find information on how to send content to FLM designers. You will also get project updates from this location where you will need to approve mocks and final design.
- Does Flash Live Media offer hosting?

Yes, we do offer hosting, however its only available to clients with custom projects or one of our services. We don't sell hosting plans separate from development.
- What technology is part of your hosting?

We have our own server cluster and it is hosted in a very sophisticated data center, with back up generators, AC back-ups, and 24-7 security. We host SQL Server 2005, .Net, Coldfusion 8, Flash Media Server 3, and Microsoft Exchange.

- Why is the cost of Realty Peak sites so much less than Flash Live Media sites?

Realty Peak is an online system created by Flash Live Media to service real estate agents looking for all the tools with a professional design. The standard price for RealtyPeak sites are for template websites, meaning we resell the design to multiple realtors. Flash Live Media sites are always completely custom and are unique to each client.
- Can I have my Realty Peak site customized?

Yes. We offer two types of total customization on Realty Peak sites; Flash Live Media created designs or client designed layouts. In both cases we will take the design of the custom site and then integrate it into the Realty Peak control panel so you can take advantage of all the tools. For pricing on custom sites speak to a sales agent.
- Can I add custom built features to my Realty Peak control panel?

Yes. We do offer you to request tools to be built on your website, that also end up in your control panel to login. These controls must be built by Flash Live Media.
- Do I get FTP access to my site?

No. For the security of your website and copyright infringement policies of our services you will not get FTP access. You can access everything you need to manage your website in the control panel, and if you feel there is something missing we aim to please, so just ask a support rep for assistance.
- Do I own my Realty Peak website?

Even though it may seem like you own your website with so much control over it, all Realty Peak sites are considered a lease of service. This allows us to offer you special services at a very affordable cost. If you order a custom Realty Peak site, you will receive all design files before integration to our control panel. You will not receive the after integration files as they are owned by Flash Live Media after that point. You do own the custom design of a site built by Flash Live Media, so you are free to do whatever you wish with it.
- Can I team up with another agent and still use one website?

Yes. We do offer many fields that will take generic inputs, to allow you to have more than one realtor on a website and the website content can be edited. You are paying for a lease of 1 website and you can use it how you wish.
- Do you offer broker sites?

Yes, we offer broker packages as well that have expanded compatibility to act as a main website between many agents. This also allows you to share data between many agents, listing all openhouses and listings between all your agents.
- Do agents within a company that has a broker site get a discount?

Yes. The discount starts at 10% and can grow to up to 50% if the number of agents at a company reaches the highest threshold.
- What is the advantage of paying annually?

If you pay annually you get 2 months of service free by paying only for 10 months.

- How customizable is the video player?

Our video delivery players are completely custom built so you have complete control over how they look and how they function. Also our definition of a video player is not just the screen and controls, but all the elements relating to the video services.
- What makes Flash Live Media different than other streaming options?

Total control in both cases. On-demand video has had the ability to be interactive for sometime now, but its rarely used to its potential. Our video systems let you control all actions that happen during a video down to a precise time or user action. Live streaming however doesn't have this technology built-in as there is no timeline to trigger actions. Flash Live Media has developed the technology to provide these services during a live stream by having the video player communicate to our system. This gives you the ability to run a live cast and make on the spot actions as they happen live.
- Are we restricted on how actions are called and how they appear and disappear to the user?

Chances are if you are asking this question, then you have done interactive streaming with a competitor and have gotten stuck with the frame based push ad solution, that refreshes a portion of the page every few seconds to determine whether a new ad should be shown. This can be annoying to viewers as it “clicks� on every load and isn't visually appealing. We also support a video screen area that expands and contracts dynamically as your video sizes change so you don't have to have black zones. You can also stream video at any custom video bit rate. Our objective is to offer you the best quality streaming for your viewers, not pinching pennies at their expense.
- Do your video services only cover live streaming?

No. Our video services cover both live and VOD (video on demand) streaming so not only can you stream an event live, but you can offer viewers an archive to watch at their convince. We also build archive video players that can stream all your videos from a user chosen menu.

Our solutions are also customized to your needs, so you can choose the services you need and omit the ones you don't.
- Do you offer webcast support to viewers?

Yes, we do offer 24-7 support during registration and the live webcast, so your viewers can instant help. We also can skin our support system to have your branding on it.
- If we use Flash Live Media for registration do we have to pay full price for that service if we have multiple casts?

No. Once a registration form is developed it is directly linked to our system, and we can modify the registration to apply for other webcasts. We do this for you at no cost. There is however a monthly maintenance cost if you are using our online merchant to process orders.
